Job Description
Job Title : Linux Administration

Qualification : Any Graduate or Above

Relevant Experience : 8 to 12yrs

Required technical skill: • Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise Linux servers across development, test, and production environments.
• Manage system installations, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle activities for Linux Server and Guest OS Images.
• Ensure system reliability, stability, and compliance with operational standards.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across OS, hardware, storage, and network layers.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.
• Provide expert support during critical outages and major incidents.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline administrative tasks and reduce manual effort.
• Automate system provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows.
• Support continuous improvement through automation initiatives.
• Manage user access, permissions, and authentication mechanisms.
• Apply security patches, monitor vulnerabilities, and support audit requirements.
• Monitor system performance and capacity to ensure optimal operation.
• Tune kernel parameters, services,



and resources to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement performance improvements.
• Support Linux systems in complex network environments.
• Administer systems hosted on virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, KVM).
• Manage Linux workloads across cloud platforms and hybrid environments.
• Support and maintain critical infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime.
• Implement and manage high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Participate in capacity planning and resilience initiatives.
• Work closely with application teams, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the team.

Location : Hyderabad

CTC Range : 20 to 30lpa
