We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing professional to act as the key liaison between our corporate event clients and the internal production team. The role involves understanding client objectives, developing event strategies, ensuring timely execution, and delivering high levels of service to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients from brief to post-event follow-up.
- Understand client needs, brand guidelines, and event goals to create tailored solutions.
- Work closely with operations, creative, and production teams to deliver events seamlessly.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, and timelines for client approval.
- Manage client expectations while ensuring deliverables meet agreed standards.




- Attend client meetings, site visits, and event rehearsals.
- Handle feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive relationships.
- Contribute to upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-up, and post-event reporting.

Qualifications:

- Graduate in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Senior-Level: 5+ years experience managing large accounts and high-profile corporate clients.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of corporate event trends, formats, and production requirements.
