Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Excel & Reporting Specialist with robust hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel and Power Query, combined with a solid understanding of Finance, General Ledger, P&L;, reconciliations, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for consolidating, transforming, reconciling, and reporting financial data using Excel and related financial reporting/consolidation tools. Experience with BOFC or similar financial consolidation platforms is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain complex financial reports and analysis using Advanced Excel.
- Use Power Query to extract, transform, cleanse, combine, and consolidate financial data from multiple sources.
- Automate recurring financial reporting and data consolidation processes to reduce manual effort.
- Perform P&L;, GL, account,



and financial data reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting and close activities.
- Consolidate financial information across multiple entities, business units, countries, or reporting units.
- Analyze financial data and identify variances, inconsistencies, and data-quality issues.
- Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and reporting packs.
- Work with Finance and Accounting teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into efficient Excel-based solutions.
- Support data validation, financial controls, and reporting accuracy.
- Work with financial consolidation/reporting platforms such as BOFC or equivalent tools.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve and automate finance reporting processes
