About Walkfin

Walkfin is a fintech platform providing secured business loans to MSMEs, helping entrepreneurs unlock growth through quick and transparent financing solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, financial records, compliance, and reporting.

Role & responsibilities

- Maintain Tally data and Bank reconciliation
- GST reconciliation and filing of GSTR-3B and GSTR-1
- Prepare salary structures, salary sheet and take care for other statutory requirements
- Preparing PF, ESIC and PT summary and make payments accordingly
- Preparing monthly expenses V/S income
- Prepare TDS summary & make payment
- Take care of all monthly expenses with proper tracking
- Monthly payout Invoices sheet prepare & pending payout sheet prepare in co-ordination with Ops team.
- Reconcile disbursement Sheet & disbursement location wise Tracker with Ops Team
- Meet and exceed financial goals
- Check Disbursement amount & tenure with Partner (NBFC) sheet & portal
- Track Disbursement UTR & disbursed on the portal.
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge




- Knowledge of compliance will be added advantage

Preferred candidate profile (Required Skills)

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- GST, TDS, and statutory compliance knowledge.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Financial reporting and MIS preparation.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
