- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records.
- Ensure all quality control activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Robust knowledge of analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, and UV spectrophotometry.
- Experience with quality management systems, including ISO 9001:2015 and GMP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
