Salary: For fresher : upto 17k ctc
For experienced: upto 22k ctc
Roles and Responsibility
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information through calls and chats.
- Assist customers with product / service related information, orders, refunds.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues within defined turnover time.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interaction and update CRM system.
- Follow up with the customer to ensure satisfactory resolution of their concerns.
