Role & responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Administer and maintain Keka HRMS and HR records.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and performance management (KRA/KPI).
- Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring statutory compliance.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and support leadership with people insights.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS is highly preferred.
- Robust expertise in recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, labour laws, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in an IT, Digital Marketing, or Service-based company is preferred.
