Our Client plans to deliver IT and AI services to US clients, combining an onshore commercial presence with India-based delivery.

The US business is at the start of its journey, and this is its founding sales leadership role.

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to own the US business: the revenue number, the go-to-market, and the team that delivers both.

Role & responsibilities

- The US order booking and revenue number for IT and AI services

- Go-to-market strategy: ICP definition, target verticals, service positioning, pricing, and channels

- Founding sales: personally source, pursue, and close the first set of US logos

- Team building: hire, ramp, and lead [SDRs, account executives, pre-sales], and define territories, quotas, and incentive plans

- Sales infrastructure: CRM, pipeline discipline, forecasting, and a reporting cadence to leadership





- Partnerships and alliances that open doors in the US market

- Market presence: conferences, industry events, and a growing onshore footprint

- Commercial quality: deal shapes, margins, MSAs and SOWs, working closely with delivery and finance

Preferred candidate profile

- Should have 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in in US-facing IT services sales

- Deep familiarity with the offshore-onshore delivery model and US contracting norms

- Executive presence with US CXOs, and excellent written and spoken English

- Willingness to travel to the US extensively

- Valid US B1/B2 visa

- An existing network of US buyers, advisors, or channel partners

- Experience selling AI, data, cloud, or managed services specifically
