- Manage and process orders from receipt to cash application.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments and invoices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and invoices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash operations and collections processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
