Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and process orders from receipt to cash application.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and payment processing.
- Analyze and report on order performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in order to cash operations, preferably in collections processing.
- Strong knowledge of order management systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Years of Experience:1 to 3 years;
