Role Overview:

Rohan Builders is looking for a creative and organised professional to manage its social media platforms and support regular content creation and execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

- Prepare monthly content calendars.

- Schedule and publish posts, stories, reels, and videos.

- Monitor comments, messages, tags, and engagement.

2. Content Creation

- Write captions, posts, reel scripts, video descriptions, and basic website content.

- Create content for projects, events, campaigns, awards, employee initiatives, and company milestones.

- Proofread content and ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

- Suggest fresh content ideas, formats, and relevant social media trends.

3. Coordination and Execution

- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, agencies, and video editors.

- Collect content inputs, images, videos, and approvals.

- Support social media coverage during launches, events, and company activities.

- Track reach, engagement, follower growth,



and content performance.

Skills Required

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English; Hindi and Marathi will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of major social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and content creation tools.
- Good coordination, proofreading, and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, English, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in social media or digital marketing will be an advantage.

Preferred Profile

- 5+ yrs experience in social media, content, or digital marketing.
- Experience in real estate, advertising, or a digital agency will be preferred.
- Candidates should share relevant writing samples or a portfolio along with their rsum.
