Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance of the complete plant including machinery, utilities, and equipment.
- Lead, guide, and manage a team of technicians for daily maintenance tasks.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Ensure timely resolution of breakdowns to minimize production loss.
- Coordinate with project teams for installation, commissioning, and upgradation of equipment.
- Monitor and optimize maintenance costs while ensuring safety and compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports related to maintenance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for plant reliability and efficiency.
