Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Analytics & Insights Product Team Member to support the development and enhancement of analytics-driven products and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Power BI, be capable of building end-to-end dashboards and reports, and have prior experience working in a product environment. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities are essential, while documentation experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions.
- Create meaningful insights and visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Support product roadmap initiatives through analytical reporting and performance tracking.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting best practices.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, user guides, and release-related documents.
- Participate in testing, validation, and continuous improvement of reporting solutions.
- Communicate findings, recommendations,



and insights effectively to business users and leadership teams.

Required Skills

- 6 to 8 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI Dashboard and Report Development.
- Experience in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report optimization.
- Prior experience working with Product Teams/Product Management environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with business stakeholders and translate requirements into effective reporting solutions.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile ways of working.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in creating functional and technical documentation.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience supporting business testing/UAT activities.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting best practices.
