Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the production process to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet production standards.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Supervise and train production staff to optimize performance and achieve targets.




- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in production management with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control measures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve production efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations, with a commitment to a safe working environment.
