- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WLAN connectivity problems, including network configuration and printer setup.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems on desktops and laptops.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-4 years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer II or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook configuration and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows operating systems (Windows 10).
- Experience with LAN/WLAN configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
