Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video editing, storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound design, and social-media content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, and brand content.
- Select and arrange footage, music, sound effects, graphics, and animations.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, color correction, and visual effects.
- Understand briefs and transform raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
- Work closely with the content, marketing, and creative teams.




- Manage multiple projects and deliver videos within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles, and social-media formats.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video-editing software.
- Knowledge of After Effects is an advantage.
- Good understanding of video composition, storytelling, pacing, and audio.
- Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube.
- Robust attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good time-management and communication skills.

Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Film, Media, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+years of relevant video-editing experience.
- A portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
