Key Responsibilities
- Make calls and guide users through the mobile application.
- Assist users with registration, login, navigation, and application processes.
- Resolve basic app-related queries and provide step-by-step guidance.
- Follow up with users and maintain call records.
Requirements
- Fluent in English & Hindi mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile applications.
- Patient and confident while assisting users over calls.
- Telecalling/customer support experience preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
