Role Overview Site Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for a Site Engineer (Civil) to support day-to-day construction activities at site. The role involves supervising civil works, coordinating with contractors, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, site-oriented, and capable of coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Execution & planning of Residential & commercial building works.
- Ensuring work executed is correct by checking all activities as per drawing.
- Recording the manpower available, materials available at site and raising indent / request for material required in coming days to avoid delays.
- Estimation of Quantities of material required at site.
- Ensuring work executed with Positive Quality and Safely.
- Maintaining all records of work executed and checked such as - checklist, pour cards, post concrete inspections, material reconciliation, bills and debit notes etc.
- Support senior engineers in the planning, design, and execution of projects.




- Manage and supervise construction work in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
- Preparation & Submission of site document like BBS, quantities.
- Co-ordination with all contractor and sub-contractor.
- Ensure timely reporting of site progress to PM.
- Execution as per GFC drawings & specification.
- Maintaining specification of material & BOQ items.
- Maintaining Quality control & quality assurance procedures.
- Preparation of Subcontractor bills as per approved work orders.
- Monthly reconciliation of quantities.

Required Qualifications & Experience: -

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 Years of experience in execution.

Skill set / technical competencies

- Strong knowledge of modern construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Leadership and team management
- Knowledge of safety standards, and regulatory norms
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD
