• Design and develop multilayer PCB layouts using Altium Designer for high-performance electronic products
• Create and maintain IPC-7351 compliant component libraries, schematic symbols, footprints, and component databases
• Execute PCB layouts for High-Speed design, RF board design, Analog, Mixed-Signal and Power Supply board designs
• Define PCB stack-ups, layer allocation, grounding architecture, power planes, and routing methodologies for complex designs
• Own complex multilayer PCB layout, including Setting up electrical constraints, component placement, controlled impedance routing, differential pairs, length matching, grounding, return-path optimization, and high-speed layout techniques
• Design high-speed interfaces including LPDDR4/DDR3/DDR4, PCIe, Gigabit Ethernet (RGMII), USB, HDMI, eMMC, SPI, I2C, and UART
• Design power architectures including DC-DC converters, LDOs, PMIC-based designs, power sequencing, protection, and reset circuits
• Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, DFM, DFA, manufacturing, and assembly guidelines throughout the layout development cycle
• Conduct layout verification through DRC checks, connectivity validation, constraint verification, and design reviews
• Generate and release manufacturing deliverables including Gerber, ODB++, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, drill data, pick-and-place files, BOM and release documentation
• Collaborate with Hardware, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Validation, and Supply Chain teams throughout the product development lifecycle
