The role sits within the TSS function and reports into Midhilaj's team. We are looking for strong DevOps professionals with proven leadership experience and hands-on expertisein areas such as Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Cloud Infrastructure, CI/CD, Automation, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and operational support environments.

Job Description Dev Ops Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Maintaining an optimally resourced Team.
- Maintaining an appropriate resource plan and communicating resource capability to fulfill requirements.
- Managing absence and attendance using corporate tools.
- Mentoring and progressing team members.
- Involvement in the design of IT Operations functions.
- Working with the operations team to ensure the system can be supported on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure the infrastructure is designed to cope with the demands of the software system.
- Ensure appropriate system scalability and high availability.
- Creation of new Operational solutions both in the Cloud and on Premise.




- Automation and configuration management of IT Operations assets.
- Ensure full documentation supports both design proposals and delivered solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

- Strong experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid experience in Linux operating systems, specifically Red Hat or CentOS.
- Experience with virtualization, specifically VMWare.
- Knowledge of network protocols and internet topology.
- Experience with orchestration and configuration management tools.
- Good knowledge of containers, specifically Docker.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting systems.
- Experience in producing detailed infrastructure/deployment diagrams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach to discovering and learning new technologies and methodologies.
- Apache Tomcat and Webserver
