Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to build hospital partnerships, generate patient leads, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, and hospital staff.
- Promote CarePal Money and ImpactGuru solutions within hospitals.
- Generate leads by interacting with patients and their families.
- Explain loan and crowdfunding solutions and assist with the application process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead follow-ups and conversions.
- Track leads, referrals, and conversions and share regular updates.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, healthcare, fintech, insurance, or financial services.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with local travel and hospital visits.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and digital tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
