We are looking for a high-performing Production Manager / Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and cutting-edge. The person will be responsible for crafting production plans, its execution and achievement of production target.
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate production staff to deliver exceptional work.
- Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
- Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staff.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
- Work with cross functional teams to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule.
- Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
- Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
- Provide job training to workers to meet production goals.
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
- Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science with Minimum 3 years of experience in Production department.
- Possess technical knowledge and he adapts at all phases of the manufacturing processes.
- Well verse with ISO, FSSAI & other related regulations.
- Ability to lead and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong Customer Service mindset.
- Ability to understand cost containment and budgetary principles.
