Role & responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end product engineering process for industrial air compressors including design, development, testing, and validation.
- Manage and mentor a team of product engineers to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to improve product reliability and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to integrate components and technologies effectively.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to drive continuous product enhancements and innovations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and process instructions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining product performance and quality standards.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and budget management for product engineering projects.
