Job Description: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Bengaluru
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a leading consulting organization. This role involves working with top-tier clients on digital strategy initiatives and large-scale technology transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Define business processes and translate them into functional specifications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technology teams to define data requirements, mappings, and transformation logic.
- Perform data discovery, querying, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting of large healthcare datasets (claims, eligibility,
provider, etc.).
- Document functional requirements, data definitions, lineage, and business rules for analytics and reporting.
- Support development of dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or Tableau aligned to business KPIs.
Required Experience:
- 610 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Strong exposure to US Healthcare domain (Claims, Membership, Provider, Enrollment, Advantages).
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
