About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketer with 13 years of experience who can independently handle social media management, YouTube channel growth, performance marketing campaigns, and content writing. This is a hands-on, multi-skill role — you'll own campaigns end-to-end across multiple client accounts, not just execute a single narrow function.

What You'll Do

- Plan and manage social media content calendars for client accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Manage and grow client YouTube channels — uploads, SEO (titles, descriptions, tags), thumbnails coordination, and Shorts strategy
- Set up, run, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Write copy for social posts, ad creatives, video descriptions, landing pages, and client communication
- Track campaign and channel performance, prepare simple, clear reports focused on business outcomes — not just impressions, likes, or views
- Collaborate with the design/video team to brief and review creative assets
- Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes,



and marketing trends relevant to our clients' industries

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns (not just theory)
- Basic understanding of YouTube SEO and channel growth strategy
- Strong content writing skills — able to write in simple, clear, persuasive English (Tamil/Thanglish copywriting is a plus)
- Comfortable using tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Canva, and basic analytics dashboards
- Understanding that marketing should drive real business results — leads, footfall, sales — not just vanity metrics
- Good time management across multiple client accounts and deadlines

Valuable to Have

- Experience with WhatsApp marketing or email marketing
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Experience with schools, retail, or local business clients
- Familiarity with Canva Bulk Create or similar design tools
