Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle events, parties, and special functions from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service staff, and customers during events.
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain restaurant service, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Handle staff coordination during peak hours and events.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take corrective action when required.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for operational requirements.
- Support management in improving sales, service quality, and overall restaurant performance.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Restaurant / Hotel / Hospitality Management preferred.
- Prior experience in event and party handling will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer dealing skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
