Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Network Testing Engineer with experience in Telecom OSS/BSS applications, network management systems, automation testing, and API validation. The candidate will be responsible for validating network applications, ensuring end-to-end service quality, automating test scenarios, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support telecom operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test cases for Network Management and Telecom applications.
- Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
- Validate network provisioning, activation, fault management, and performance workflows.
- Automate test scenarios using Robot Framework, Selenium WebDriver, or similar automation tools.
- Execute API testing using SoapUI/Postman and validate backend data using SQL queries.
- Verify OSS/BSS systems such as CRM, BSCS, Netcracker, HPSA, HPSM, OMP, and related telecom platforms.
- Perform defect logging, tracking, and reporting using JIRA.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and release validation activities.
- Support production validation and post-deployment testing.
- Work closely with development, business, and operations teams in Agile environments.

- Experience with CRM, BSCS, Netcracker, HPSA, HPSM, OMP, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of telecom order management, provisioning, billing, and customer management processes.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Telecom/Network Testing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Network Assurance, Fault Management, or Service Provisioning applications.
- Exposure to Linux/Unix environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Telecom protocols and network architecture (4G/5G concepts preferred).
