Human Context Pvt. Ltd. is a talent acquisition and HR consulting firm working with clients across diverse industries. We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Bhubaneswar office and contribute to end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on Agriculture / Agri-industry hiring.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting for agriculture-sector clients. Candidates with a B.Sc. Agriculture or relevant Agriculture background, along with strong recruitment experience, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across levels and functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Handle recruitment mandates, particularly for Agriculture / Agri-industry clients.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, qualifications, and role fit.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate interviews with clients.




- Maintain candidate databases and ensure regular follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with the internal recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition is required.
- Prior experience in recruitment for Agriculture / Agri-industry clients will be highly preferred.
- Alternatively, candidates with an Agriculture background, preferably B.Sc. Agriculture, and relevant recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good candidate assessment, sourcing, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets and multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proactive, organised, and result-oriented approach.
- Candidates based in Bhubaneswar are preferred.
