Job Description

Performs a variety of clerical duties in conjunction with consumer loan servicing. Maintains loan files and records and prepares various reports.Enters customer payments into the computer to ensure proper documentation, regulatory compliance, and company policies.Postsloan or tax payments to accounts. Processes payoffs. Activates Automated Clearing House (ACH) per customer requests. Makes account corrections to personal customer information such as address. Boards loans to the system. Research customer requests such as copies of payments, and correcting entries.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience

- Typically, Two to Four years of relevant experiencein an Operational Activities





- Solid Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, MS Word,Outlookand MS Teams

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Experience in Data Validation, DataEntries, Running application in various systemand Load Processing

- Familiarity with banking and operational processes

- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- Proven customer service skills

- Ability toidentifyand resolve exceptions and to interpret data

- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Work Mode:5 Days in Office

Shift Timing:7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST
