- Manage corporate real estate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee infrastructure development and maintenance of company-owned properties, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Coordinate AV equipment installation and maintenance across multiple locations.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in corporate real estate or related field (facilities management).
- Robust understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent networking skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects from start to finish.
