Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions such as Drivers, Helpers, Warehouse Associates, Loaders, Supervisors, Field Staff, Operators, and other operational roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, vendor networks, local references, placement agencies, job fairs, and field recruitment drives.
- Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, trade tests, and selection processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status reports.
- Manage bulk hiring requirements across multiple locations.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and reduce offer dropouts.
- Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
