Job Summary:
We are seeking a Monitoring & Observability Analyst with 23 years of experience in NOC, SOC, IT Monitoring, or Observability to support production monitoring during IST daytime hours aligned with Latin America overnight operations. The role involves monitoring observability platforms, validating alerts, performing initial incident analysis, and escalating issues to resolver teams using ITSM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor observability platforms during IST daytime (LATAM night)
- Validate alerts and analyze impact using dashboards,
logs, traces
- Escalate incidents to resolver teams via ITSM tools
- Maintain alert bitcora
- Follow standardized runbooks and contribute updates
- Handshake with LATAM onshore team at shift boundaries via video/chat
- Support programmed activities (peak events, DR tests)
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years in NOC, SOC, IT monitoring, or observability
- Hands-on with at least 2 of: Grafana, Dynatrace, Nagios, OpenObserve, Catchpoint, Quantum Metric
- Basic SQL / query skills
- ITSM tool experience (ServiceNow ideal)
- Comfortable with distributed follow-the-sun model
- Willingness to work IST daytime aligned to Latin America operations

- Prior LATAM client exposure
