Customer Support Executive

Salary:

5 LPA - 7 LPA(Based on interview )

24*7 Rotational shifts

Key Requirements:

Qualifications

Any graduate is compulsory

Excellent communication skills

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer queries regarding plans, inquiries about product and services.

2. Exhibit proper communication skills and formation of language while answering customer queries.

3. Exhibit politeness and promptness while influencing and convincing customers regarding a plan, product and services related to a product.

4. Possess required amount of technical knowledge to solve client problems regarding technical issues.
