- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Acumatica ERP solutions.
- Configure and implement Acumatica ERP modules based on client needs.
- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
- Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
- Perform system testing (UAT) and assist with data migration.
- Prepare user documentation and conduct end-user training.
- Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and post-go-live activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP implementation and support.
- Robust understanding of Finance, Distribution, Inventory,
Manufacturing, or CRM modules.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and ERP configuration.
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data migration concepts.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work directly with clients and business stakeholders.
Preferred candidate profile
- Acumatica ERP certification (preferred).
- Experience with ERP integrations and third-party applications.
- Exposure to implementation methodologies and project documentation.
