Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain PTC Windchill PLM solutions.
- Configure workflows, life cycles, teams, roles, and access controls in Windchill.
- Develop customizations using Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, and Windchill APIs.
- Create and modify OIRs (Object Initialization Rules), Attributes, and Business Rules.
- Implement and support Change Management, Document Management, and Part Management modules.
- Develop integrations between Windchill and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise applications.
- Perform code deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system upgrades.
- Work closely with business users, solution architects, and functional teams to gather requirements.
- Provide production support and resolve technical issues within SLA timelines.




- Prepare technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills:

- Robust experience in PTC Windchill PLM development and customization.
- Expertise in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, Spring Framework.
- Knowledge of Windchill workflows, lifecycle management, and change management.
- Experience with Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink modules.
- Proficiency in Windchill APIs, Info*Engine, and web services.
- Experience in SQL databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of ThingWorx integration is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
