Role & Responsibilities

- Generate leads through various channels, including calls, references, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Identify potential customers and understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Present and promote residential/commercial real estate projects to prospective buyers.
- Schedule and conduct site visits, property presentations, and follow-ups with interested customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer queries related to property specifications, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and possession timelines.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in converting qualified leads into successful bookings.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain an updated pipeline of potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, channel partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and sales closures in CRM.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects,



and developments in the local real estate market.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration will be preferred.
- 23 years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, BFSI, automotive, retail, or other target-oriented sales roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable convincing and presentation abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Should be comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and site visits.
- Ability to generate leads, manage follow-ups, and convert prospects into customers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in achieving sales goals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Candidates with a valid driving license and own vehicle will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
