Position Details:

- Designation: Executive TL - Hub Operations/Logistics

- Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage all Hub Operations and seek assistance from superiors as necessary.

- Achieve cost targets per shipment and maintain operations within budget.

- Ensure zero lost shipments and shrinkage.

- Collaborate with support teams for effective recovery processes.

- Meet productivity targets for transportation.

- Maintain compliance with KPIs and quality standards.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and promptly handle escalations.

- Implement employee engagement initiatives.

- Oversee headcount management and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with commercial and statutory regulations.

- Manage team training and development.

- Focus on continuous improvement and error reduction in operations.

- Maintain hygiene and safety standards for facilities and personnel.
