Experience in end to end IT Recruitment
Need to handle a team of minimum 5 recruiters and work towards target
Exp: 6-9 Years
- A Recruitment Team Lead oversees a team of recruiters, leading them to meet hiring targets by developing strategies, managing the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, mentoring the team, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
WFO - 5 Days a week
Note : we will not hire any senior resources more than 12+ Years and US IT Staffing back ground
