- Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality projects on time.
- Provide technical support and maintenance services to ensure smooth operation of implemented systems.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities to validate system functionality.
Job Requirements :
- 7-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of LMS (Learning Management System) modules such as Absence Management, Compensation & Advantages, Core HR, Time & Labor, etc.
- Experience working on SIT (System Integration Testing) projects using tools like OTBI reports.
