Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a agile Talent Acquisition Specialist with 25 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, preferably in tech hiring, software testing, or consulting domains. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about identifying top talent for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.

- Source and attract top tech talent using various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.).

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.

- Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.

- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Requirements

- 25 years of IT recruitment experience is mandatory.

- Prior experience in software testing, tech, or consulting recruitment is preferred.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficient in using ATS platforms, job boards, and social recruiting tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Background

- Candidates from IT staffing agencies or internal TA teams in IT/Tech companies.

- Experience hiring QA/Test Engineers, Developers, Consultants, or other tech profiles.
