Roles and Responsibility

- Conduct thorough analysis of employee data to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement effective vetting processes to mitigate identified risks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand Job Requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Review resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to identify top talent.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with candidates and employees.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in employee vetting or recruitment services.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
