Handle Sealed Quench Furnaces, Gas Nitriding, Endo Gas Generators & LPG Yard
Knowledge of Carburizing, Carbonitriding, Gas Nitriding & SCADA
Monitor heat treatment parameters: temperature, time, atmosphere
Required Candidate profile
Maintain production/process records and shift report
Identify process deviations and implement corrective/preventive action
Ensure Safety, 5S, Poka-Yoke & IATF 16949 compliance
Knowledge of Poka-Yoke
