Senior Consultant SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

Location: Mumbai , Pune , Navi Mumbai, Delhi , Chennai , Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow Senior Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow, Identity Lifecycle Management, application onboarding, provisioning, access governance, RBAC, certifications, SoD, REST API integrations, and IAM automation. The role requires strong technical expertise along with excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)/IdentityNow solutions.
- Design and manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle processes.
- Perform application onboarding and integration with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), HR systems, and enterprise applications.
- Configure and maintain account aggregation, provisioning, de-provisioning, reconciliation, and identity transformations.
- Design and implement RBAC, business roles, IT roles, access profiles, and governance groups.
- Configure and manage access requests, approvals, access certifications, and governance workflows.
- Implement and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and access governance controls.
- Develop custom integrations using REST APIs, JSON, Web Services, and SailPoint ISC integration capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex provisioning, connector, aggregation, reconciliation, and certification issues.
- Automate IAM processes to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.




- Integrate SailPoint with ServiceNow/ITSM platforms.
- Collaborate with application owners, business stakeholders, security teams, project managers, and other technical teams.
- Provide technical leadership, solution design guidance, and SailPoint best practices.
- Support UAT, production deployments, post-go-live stabilization, and ongoing enhancements.
- Create technical documentation, solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Monitor IAM processes and continuously improve identity security, compliance, and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow.
- Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
- Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML).
- Hands-on experience with application onboarding, aggregation, provisioning, and de-provisioning.
- Strong knowledge of RBAC, Access Profiles, Governance Groups, Access Requests, Approvals, and Certifications.
- Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access governance.
- Experience integrating Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, HR systems, and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of SailPoint ISC connectors and integration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, Web Services, and API-based integrations.




- Knowledge of identity transformations, lifecycle states, and identity profiles.
- Experience troubleshooting connector, provisioning, aggregation, and reconciliation issues.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell, Java, BeanShell, or Python.
- Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
- Understanding of SSO, MFA, LDAP, OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, workshops, and solution design sessions.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and providing technical leadership.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow implementation and production support experience.
- Strong client-facing communication and consulting experience.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable IAM/IGA solutions.
- Experience delivering IAM projects from design through implementation, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of current IAM and identity security best practices.
