Role & responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities through market research, networking, and client visits.
- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
- Visit construction sites and project locations to understand client requirements.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and project estimates in coordination with the technical and sales teams.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, negotiations, orders, payments, and project execution.
- Understand basic civil construction and interior project requirements.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales/lead reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with experience dealing with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, real-estate companies, or construction projects will be preferred.
