We are looking for a highly skilled Software Full Stack Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in full-stack development, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and team leadership.

Must Have Skills

- AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, IAM, and CloudWatch).

- Python and React.js.

- CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and AWS CodePipeline).

- Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- PostgreSQL/MySQL.

- JUnit, Mockito, and REST Assured.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.

- Build and deploy applications on AWS using CI/CD pipelines.

- Drive architecture decisions,



code reviews, and engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile workplace.

- Ensure application performance, security, and reliability.

Preferred Skills

AWS Certification, Terraform, Kafka, Prometheus/Grafana, SonarQube, and experience with AI/Generative AI technologies.
