We are looking for a Programme Advisor to join our team in Bangalore.
This is primarily an Inside Sales + Student Counselling role.
As a Programme Advisor, you will interact with prospective students, understand their educational and career goals, explain the relevant Maven Silicon programmes, address their questions, follow up with interested candidates, and convert prospects into admissions.
You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle from the initial call to successful closure.
Job Description
- Counsel prospective students and understand their career and learning requirements.
- Explain Maven Silicon's programmes and recommend suitable programmes to students.
- Handle the complete sales cycle over calls, from initial interaction to closure.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects,
and convert leads into admissions/sales.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and provide valuable customer service.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare Excel/MIS reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 25 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Counselling, or Admissions.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Training Institutes, or E-Learning is preferred.
- Strong English communication and convincing skills.
- Good consultative selling and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Candidates who can speak Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi will have an added advantage.
- Candidates with a strong interest in the Education sector are preferred.
