About Us:

FigHire is an operator-led talent search firm, led by partners with backgrounds at McKinsey, Citi, and more. We help startups and large enterprises across India hire exceptional talentfrom high-performing professionals to senior leaders.

Role:

You will partner directly with leadership to execute search mandates end-to-end. The core of this role is rigorous talent mapping, candidate evaluation, and pipeline building. You'll also be in front of clients and candidates constantly, and how you communicate matters as much as who you find.

Work Setup:

- 5-days (Mon - Fri or Tue - Sat; 9 - 5 PM)
- Remote
- Bring your own device
- Compensation: upto INR 25,000 monthly

Responsibilities:

- Sourcing: Map the market for each mandate LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, etc.
- Screening: Run conversations with candidates. Assess fit against the role and the client's context, and form your own view on whether someone should go forward. Write it up clearly we send candidate briefs to clients, and yours will be read by Hiring teams (including CXOs).
- Pipeline. Keep every mandate moving. Know exactly where each candidate stands, what's stalled and why, and what needs to happen this week. Keep the tracker current so nobody has to ask.




- Client and candidate communication: Schedule interviews, collect feedback, manage expectations on both sides, and handle offers, negotiations, run engagement until candidate joins.
- Business development support: Research prospective clients, help draft outreach, and keep our sales pipeline organised.
- Building the machine: Help improve how we work templates, sourcing playbook, tracking, tooling. If you spot a better way, we're game.

Who could thrive in this role:

- 1 - 3 years in recruitment, search, staffing or a research/consulting role. Freshers with sharp writing and evident hustle are welcome tell us why.
- Writes clearly. A large part of this job is turning a 30-minute call into three paragraphs a busy client will trust.
- Comfortable on the phone with senior people and doesn't get flustered.
- Organised by default you keep track of things without being reminded.
- Curious about industries and how companies work. You'd rather understand a business than memorise a JD.
