We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Hajj & Umrah Operations to manage end-to-end pilgrimage travel operations. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Hajj & Umrah packages, Saudi visa processing, airline and hotel coordination, group handling, vendor management, and customer service.

The candidate should be capable of managing high-volume pilgrimage operations while ensuring smooth execution, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and an excellent pilgrim experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete Hajj & Umrah operations from booking through completion of travel.
- Plan and execute customized and standard Umrah packages.
- Manage group travel arrangements, including hotels, transportation, flights, and itineraries.
- Coordinate with airlines for flight reservations, ticketing, and group bookings.
- Handle Saudi visa processing and ensure accurate completion of all travel documentation.
- Coordinate and negotiate with hotels, transport providers, overseas suppliers, and Saudi travel partners.
- Prepare package costing, quotations, itineraries, and operational plans.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure timely execution of all travel arrangements.
- Provide pre-travel, in-destination, and post-travel support to pilgrims.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain high service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, transport operators, vendors, and overseas partners.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi travel regulations and internal company policies.
- Maintain accurate operational records and prepare regular management reports.
- Lead and coordinate operations teams during peak Hajj and Umrah seasons.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5+ years of relevant experience in Hajj & Umrah Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi visa processing and pilgrimage travel regulations.
- Proven experience handling large pilgrimage groups and customized travel packages.
- Strong knowledge of package costing, itinerary preparation, reservations, and ticketing.
- Experience with GDS and airline booking/ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, vendor management, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel reservation systems.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure during peak seasons.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and team-management abilities.

Preferred Experience

- Experience managing 2,000+ pilgrims annually will be highly preferred.
- Established network with airlines, hotels, transport operators, and Saudi-based travel partners.
- Hands-on experience with group airline bookings and GDS systems.
- Experience coordinating large-scale Hajj/Umrah operations across multiple suppliers.
