We are looking for a seasoned Holiday Packages Operation professional to drive high-quality holiday solutions and manage premium client relationships.

Key Highlights:

* Drive Operations and manage end-to-end holiday packages (domestic & international)

* Ensuring high client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) through seamless holiday package execution

* Optimizing supplier performance and costs while maintaining operational efficiency

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

* Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement

Core Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in holiday packages operations or travel industry roles

* Strong understanding of destinations, suppliers, and holiday pricing

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability workplace
