- 3-4 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Solid visual design foundation and understanding of design principles (space, typography, color theory, layout, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience creating delightful user experiences.
- Have a sense of ownership of what you are designing.
- The ability to articulate and defend design choices in a compelling manner using research/data.
- First-principle thinker and should be able to creatively come up with solutions that might not even exist in the current EduTech market.
- Ability to phase design projects to enable quick releases and scale back scope when needed.
- Analytical design thinking and healthy reasoning skills to back your design decisions.
- A good understanding of the product life cycle and design trade-offs at each step in the life cycle.
- A positive knowledge of the Figma design system.
- You are able to confidently articulate UX design rationale with teams and key stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with teams to understand their goals and objectives.
